Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. The estimated shipping time is 3-7 business days for U.S. shipments and 7-30 business days for international. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are reported as delivered. Please contact the carrier for help with a missing package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Customs fees and local taxes may apply to International orders, which is your responsibility.

Orders are shipped in our Compostable and Recycled Mailers. Made from renewable and recycled materials, they can be recycled or composed.
